Justice Alito decides ‘right to remain silent’ is negotiable in Salinas v. Texas

Salinas v. Texas, right to remain silent, Supreme Court right to remain silent, Supreme Court Fifth Amendment, Fifth Amendment right to remain silent, constitutional right to remain silent, constitution right to remain silent, Nicholas Yarris.

Pretty important news here, as Justice Alito and two of his cronies have decided that the constitutionally protected right to remain silent is totally negotiable.

I feel like the Roberts Court and Justice Alito specifically are going to go down in history as Taney 2.0. These guys have no concerns whatsoever for citizen rights, and are all about imposing their political ideology, even if it means completely misinterpreting or even outright ignoring the constitution.
